How To Disable Chat Heads (Messenger Bubble)

My problem is that whenever I close the messenger bubble it freezes the screen for like 2-3 seconds and I wanna know how to fix it coz it's very annoying

I reinstalled the app and the bubble was gone..I actually wanted it back, but I came across this video to disable it,
So I'm like hmm this might teach me how to enable it, and I got the info I needed, thanks
