Omg the folks that people slept on Kakashi even in this video is crazy. Hidan, and Kakazu, are both immortal S rank ninja, one survived a fight with the first hokage, an accomplishment within itself. I think you're severely overrating the barrier of entry for Kage level. I might consider og Naruto hell maybe even land of waves Kakashi kage level. Hokages are broken kages not so much. If darui chojuro and Mei are kage level I think Kakashi who could 1v2 kakazu & hidan with his 3 support masks is easily kage level

But seriously. Do we ever discuss why characters get a massive power jump or do we just accept them. I felt Naruto the show made most sense up to Naruto vs Pain. After that nothing makes sense everyone just gets light years stronger for the sake of a set piece finale.

This is something I’d like discussed because I just don’t understand how he goes from struggling with pain where Naruto (with benefit of intel) but also fighting all 6 and a weakened tendo held his own. Sure he actually lost save plot but that makes sense. I really really don’t like the war arc. For me it’s why Naruto went from being my all time fav to an afterthought

Comparing Kakashi to jiriaya is literally a dumb thing !!! What Kakashi did is actually funny infront of what Jiraiya did. Jiraiya foguht pain clueless of his abilities, where as pain/nagato knew much of all the jutsus jiraiya used, Jiraiya was at hadicaped in this match, jiraiya had to decypher the 3 man combination and then counter their abilities And jiraiya indeed fought all 6 of them at once and jiraiya killed 2nd storngest pain like 2 times. Pain himself admited he would have lost if jiraiya had known abilities of rinengans.

It’s crazy how much kakashi was nerfed throughout the series I mean this kid was at jonin level at age 12 it’s crazy how he never wins a fight in the series

Since óbito was on the battlefield it’s technically like both of them had 2 sharingan at once that’s why they were so strong! Itachi could use kamui so much cuz óbito was around him it’s like you get more stamina since the other half is there.

The thing I noticed with Kakashi is that he never gets the same benefits other characters get. When people bring up his fights always “he lost all of them” but when other people lose it’s like “they lost cause they was sad the opponent their fighting can’t lose vs sad people so of course he won”. People also say stuff like Kakashi lost to so and so and then say Sauske beat the 5 Kage. Also how Kakashi lose to Deidera if he took his arm and made him flee.

You can't compare Kakashi to Juriya because against just those 2 Pains he would be finished if the just the summoner was in the fight to beciase of the open area and the giant infinite spawning dogs, bird, etc..

I think the reason why kakashi got weaker in part one was because he hadnt been on as many missions because its stated that until team 7 he failed all of the genin assigned to him and so he hadnt faced a proper opponet in a while thats whyhe was fatigued when he faced zabuza

I remember in the beginning of the series thinking Kakashi was at the very least in the same tier as Itachi…. and then having all of my hopes and dreams crushed when he gets caca poopoo’d by a 30% clone… I wish Kishimoto had given Kakashi a little more love 😢
