You guys are enjoying very much a great joy. I was wondering if you have consider cooling and ventilation system for the battery packs, do you have a gas detector for the battery and firefighting system?

I could hear you fine. I turn on closed captions (CC) which helps too. Sometimes CC misunderstands words and produces some really strange words. Reading along with the transcript is another thing I do if its something I really want to learn. Or I'll read the transcript after the video. You might recommend this to others having trouble hearing. She's coming together nicely. I'm looking forward with you. Thanks for sharing.

Everyone's microphone is working fine except yours....it's not out sets..Your mic is the issue the other 2 are great

The electrical system seems overwhelming. As a boat owner it's important you can understand these systems; or at least that's what I'd want.

Will be beautiful! One thing I would do is have the cables labelled on the actual cables aswel in that junction box, makes it a lot easier if you unplug them rewire something.

There are programs you can use to filter out background noise when recording in noisy environments.

Electric installation is not good. Not up to date at all. Can not follow the cables in the box. Missing direct number on the cables. The paper drawing never will work when you need it. Sorry to say. Be careful about the location of the battery in a low box/ cabin. A ticking bomb.

Not the first trip a will do with this boat is to Svalbard.

But I now nothing only been on sea for 52 year incl Americas cup etc.

Please look in to this question. You need a new independent person to have a look.

Loved seeing the 'twinkle' in the eyes of the gentlemen from the builder (sorry can't remember his name). I'm sure he's built many, many boats. But, to see that passion is a really pleasure! I don't imagine you could have a better ambassador for any project!

Is all the deck gear bolted through the aluminum? Seems like asking for leaks. In my opinion, one of the benefits of aluminium is being able to weld brackets on and tap / bolt into this.

The design of this boat is fantastic. Its hard to visualize the completed interior at this point but what you can see is so impressive. Those wide side decks, large deep safe cockpit with solid lifelines….just a perfect modern designed mono for safe cruising. All this and the boat is built like a tank. I imagine this builder will be asked to produce many of these boats.

Looking at all the wires; did I miss some announcement about up-sizing to an Air-Craft Carrier?😂

Yes, Paul's microphone is a bit too far away. All you need to do is move it up a bit more. Sound intensity falls off as an inverse square law, so closer is much better. Sheryl's is loud and clear.

I also want to say that on a yacht these tons of wires, all the electrics and batteries look strange. It seems to me that all this is incompatible with the harsh conditions of the sea and salt water. On my ipad the sound is fine! The sound of the workplace is part of the story. Love to see that your boat is being built in the Netherlands, where quality boatbuilding is a part of their culture!
