I personally only believe in drinking Diet Versions of Sodas, I have zero side effects from it it does not spike my energy I feel exactly the same I drink both Diet and water on the same days. I drink zero sugar versions of any drinks I usually take. And eating 100% healthy all the time is actually bad it actually makes you want to eat unhealthy. So it's always good to have "fun" life is meant to be enjoyed not be boring. Eating healthy, Cardio and Lifting weights but have a bit of fun of a something unhealthy keeps your sanity in check. The Diet that works is a diet that you will stick to for the rest of your life. If your not enjoying it change it.

ОтветитьI find the Wim Hof Method (breathing exercises) useful for promoting sleep before bedtime. Oddly enough it also works the other way round and encourages wakefulness in the morning.

ОтветитьAfter a year from two cancers I can't seem to do the things I use to. I'm 65 and had energy. Now I have to clean a room each day. Mowing is a challenge.( Can't afford to pay someone). Raking leaves ,grass nearly makes me feel faint. Weak legs. Took months . Now bad knees. Ect. I need a break. Tired of being tired
