I used to fly on grass and its horrible on landing gears. I would build the landing gear so strong that on a hard landing it was the only thing that survived hehe.

Some of those crashed were so painful to watch. Particularly the Dakota.

I was hoping to see some ground slamming lawndatrs.

That first landing was perfect. Wheels down was very late, but they looked fully extended on landing.
