300g of carbs is insane. Not in like you shouldn't do it but in that I didn't realize that was possible. It certainly makes getting in the 225-250g of protein easier for me. But to see you @165 and looking as big as you do and as lean as you do, I'll give it a go. Thanks for the upload even if it's 4 years later.

ОтветитьDon't really agree when you say it's ok to take a lot of proteins. It is demonstrated that it can cause serious kidneys damage. 3.4 / KG is more than what Arnold used to take. That's insane. I've read on medical reports it should not exceed 2 gr/KG.. and that's already a lot.

Ответитьmy maintenance is around 2400, my cut is 2040, i workout 2 1/5 hrs almost everyday (cardio included) but i find myself a having around 1500 calories after working out so around 2000 net cal. am i overdoing it?

There is research suggesting sleep quality and GI disorders may be worsened by eating right before sleeping. A behavior that may hinder gains by interfering with both rest and digestion of nutrients. Do the pros outweigh the cons here? If body recomp is noticeable then I guess so lol
