How to Split Objects into Four Equal Parts in Inkscape

I don't have the most right toolbar, I use 1.2.2 version. How I could find center of object option?

Thanks for the tutorial but I couldn't get it to work for my project. I trace bitmapped a string of text and I'm trying to separate the letters so I can work with them as individual objects, is there a way to do this?
