Please test 7950X3D + RX 7900 XTX with Smart Access Memory: Enabled, I believe AMD got more and more better at optimizing their hardware combination from now on, the GPU Driver part needed to be WAY MORE BETTER though.

kinda impressive how efficient this card actually is. My 3070 is consuming more power at similar framerates 1080p low (Obviously the 4090 is sitting at 50%, my 3070 is in the 90s% walking around with 460ish fps DX12 1080p low.

If you locked the core speed on every core to the max on the cpu and turned up the fan speeds, you could probably push more frames in 1080p

All cores are running, you need to make sure CCD1 is being parked, and youre temps should go up a few degrees because CCD 0 is the v-cache. You don't have to if you dont perfer it but you'll get more frames that way. If its not working, make sure game mode is on and use run idle task command and it should work. AMD has instructions on how to fix it.

Are you running into any performance issue when you first load Fortnite up using the 7950x3d and easy anti cheat. I’ve noticed both Fortnite and the finals are causing my system to stutter or lag and it’s not just in game but will happen 5 mins into loading in and after 2 mins it’ll stop and I can game with no problems

You play Fortnite at.1080p low for performance, I play at 1080p low so my gtx 970 doesn't explode, we are not the same
