How do you setup a GH enterprise account on VS Code??

How do you login to the Visual Code extension? There’s no prompt. Please start at the beginning of the installation.

Would be nice to also see a video about how to use VSC and Github with private repos as well as how to use it when you have multiple github accounts (for instance a private and a work account).

Does this mean we can uninstall VScode and just use the github VScode?
