Your version sounds tasty, and yes you pronounced suet correctly....most people now relate it with a bird seed block where you mix suet with seeds for the birds or buy a pre made one...obviously not for cooking. My grandparents you just add solid grease from the can of drained and strained on the counter or crisco.....i am really showing my age lol.....anywho fun video as always!
