Funny how windows laptop has so many vents just to cool its processor and gpu while macbook barely has fan in it yet its so powerful which blows every windows laptop out there. Windows laptop are so inefficient machines😂

Just got this Laptop for my son and it gave us a terrible headache. I'll be returning the device and trying another one. We think its the PWM since the symptoms are the same. If someone knows how to solve this, let us know. For context. I work 15 hours a day with two Lenovo laptops and watch movies before go to sleep, and don't feel a thing. Also, I've just returned a TCL 65'' due to the same problem. Any suggestions?

lol this wqxga model is about 1780$ in dubai and same model with wuxga is 1278$
500$ dollar for just 2k screen doesn't make sense to me I would rather go for wuxga screen

I've picked this up with the 4080 as there was a deal on an it's a hell of a laptop, sadly got the lower end panel though and it's awful for backlight bleed and a bit washed out. Couldn't get a nebula display over here in the UK. I wish you could buy the panel as an upgrade or something as I could replace the top panel rather easily 😅

I was gonna buy an Acer Nitro 5 with i5... but the promotion ended and I'm now considering this Asus with i7 13650HX for €1199 instead of €1949. Not disappointed with this situation and the chance I had to consider this model. t looks sick both for gaming and machine learning. I'll be using it for both tasks.

While this one you reviewing on sale on Best Buy for 1799 include tax would be 2000 cad. It’s hard to decide, it’s a g16 “16 inch. 32 ram and 512 ssd 4050 rtx? I just bought this yesterday over lenovo loq 15 because it has higher refresh rate which is 165hz. I have not tried any gaming yet but I hope it can run most modern game peacefully. mine is rtx 4060 8gb max tgp 140w core i7 13HX ram 32gb and storage 2TB + 512gb. this is upgrade spec

I bought the ASUS - ROG Strix G15 Advantage Edition 15.6" QHD Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 9 5980HX and immediately regretted the purchase.
Overheating and low battery life were just the start. The overheating caused damage to the lousy little power cord connection.
Trying to get ANY resolution from Asus was a continuous exercise in futility.
Eventually tried Best Buy, as that was purchase location. Repaired at a cost of $300 as the rep on site for Asus refused responsibility. So a new motherboard and power supply was required.
My thinking that a $1700 laptop from a reputable company and store would be a good idea was all wrong.
Laptop arrived and was a brick. Now going on another round of repairs and a month of no laptop.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER

hows legion pro 5 i7 13th, gen 32gb ram, and 4070 card as compared to this. also legion is cheaper here in india compared to this 4060
