Bahut hi bad service h

i am facing issue.very bad servive by ddtc

I had my girlfriend courier me brand new iphone15 through dtdc. For the sake of caution, i was just checking out for any possible discrepancies in dtdc services.

My item including other stuffs is worth 90k. These reviews are giving me negative vibes.

However, i am hopeful that i do not face the same fate like the rest.

Lets see how does the dtdc service fare their business.

One of the most pathetic and disgusting courier service I’ve ever experienced. They never pick up our call. Customer care is always out of service. I did premium booking, they said item will get delivered in 48 hours guaranteed. But its been 7 days now, tracking detail says it is still in pickup. They don’t response to emails. The useless service ever. Why they took the charge for premium when they can’t even provide service for normal delivery.

Bhai mera DTDC se 16 tarikh ko Varanasi se Haridwar Jana tha Aaj 21 tarikh Ho Gaya Abhi Tak nahin Gaya Gonda branch per galti se sab bhej diye me bahut paresan hu 😢😢😢😢

Very worst courier in the world !!

I sent courier in 25th july from tambaram to karur and they can’t even climb 1st floor to check the office. They simply check below if anyone is there and they will leave without making a phone call. When I called the courier office, they are lying that they called us.. then it reached back to tambaram in 4 days. The courier was dumped for almost 12 days. I tried calling the office and customer care and they were very rude and lethargic behaviour.. finally on 11th August they called me to pick up. It’s an emergency courier of TNEB application. When I went to the office and asked patiently, he is telling his own personal stories !!


I told I have applied a new application and ask them to get lost !!


Don’t ever courier through this dumpyard


Not even worth single star !!

DTDC is a good brand but the executive's and authorities' behaviour is bullshit. they talk in an abusive manner after getting customer and payments. They don't deserve high-cost parcels.

I am the sender of the parcel Last week on 15/07/2023 I sent a parcel from korba , Chhattisgarh to berhampur through DTDC Parcel office korba, Chhattisgarh but it could not arrive parcel till now and I'll not get any type of update regarding the my parcel, its already been 10 days what's going on to your company , and it is very important parcel I thought that private courrier services will provide the fastest services but it's absolutely wrong . If I sent my parcel in government post office through speed post it will arrive now,.
DTDC have poor services I never expected this kind of service is given by DTDC bohat ghatiya services hai DTDC ka

Koi bata sakta hai jab ye log undelivered mark kar dete hai jhoota reason dekar to delivery karte hai ya product return to origin ho jata hai ?
Mera parcel koi person deliver karne nhi aya 1 week ho chuka hai and now status showing undelivered.. reason- (on address there is no person to pickup the order) jabki koi aya hi nhi delivery karne na koi call aya 😢

Worst experiance , very poor Delivery system. Last time my consignment was returned without calling customer and after one week returned the documents. Now I booked 5 marriage cards from gurugram to Jammu as DTDC blue service, on 05 Jun and the packet is delivered today on 10 Jun, after 2 false atrempt without calling and after frequent emails and complaints were raised for the delivery. The amount charged is Rs 750 for 5 Marriage cards, can anyone tell me the exact amount(i think Rs 750 is the maximum charges for less than 500 gms and that also for DTDC prime services.
