I've been trying to make Wave plugins (v14) work with Yabridge.
Well, the VST2 ones do. But the VST3 ones cause some weird issues:
1. The entire mix plays on the right channel only (even if I put the plugin on a single channel)
2. The DAW freezes when it has to unload the plugins (either if you are removing the plugin or you are closing the DAW).

I have been using AVLinux 2020MX edition (RT kernel version) since it came out and recently added yabridge to it. Many windows VST's tux, but I have not been able to load the Waves manager. You mentioned a tutorial on getting WAVES to work, but I cannot find it. Is that still available and where?

why would you announce very useful upcoming videos then never make them? very confused.

I tried installing the SoundToys plugins along with the iLok Manager but it seems like yabridge isn't finding the .dll files that the SoundToys installer creates. That would be a nice video to make/check out.

And I couldn't run Auto-Tune (Antares), Altiverb, recent Izotopes, Reference 4/ Sound ID (Sonarworks)

Repeater (D-16 Group) can't activate the license offline, it asks to reload, but when I open the plugin, it appears to register again

Arturia the plugins open and work normally, but sometimes you touch a knob and it gives an error in Yabridge and you have to close it.

And the Brainworx/Plugin Alliance plugins, most are all the wrong image, the buttons separated from where they should be

Izotope RX suite would be great, all the included .VST3 & .dll's work fine in their demo mode but I've never managed to get my licence authorised on my Linux machine. I refuse to download a "cracked" version of software that I've already bought & paid for which is something that has been suggested several times & allegedly gets around the licence key installation stumbling block.

Yes please! There are so many good audio plugins out there that are only available for windows. It would be amazing if they were usable on linux!

I can't wait, man. Good look with your channel. Not an audio plugin per se, but it would be awesome to be able to run Noteperformer on Linux (future version of Musescore will support it on Win and Mac).
