Yall should watch Apocalypse Now. Love from Southern U.S.!
ОтветитьGreat reaction spectacular movie... This takes place over a 24 hour period....
Ответитьwhat a great emotional reaction - thank you for allowing yourself to be vulnerable 🙏
ОтветитьDear ones! It's really a great pleasure to accompany you both in the Reaction - emotional involvement and your correct and important comments and analyses, simply great!
Thank you from Germany!!!
The German that Wardaddy made Norman shoot would have been executed anyway because he was wearing an American rain coat.
ОтветитьFor a different look of WW2 movies try watching JOJO RABBIT a 10 year old German boy influenced by AF
Ответить❤ good 👍 stuff
ОтветитьHighly recommend watching "Das Boot" (1981) its about the Crew of a German WW2 Submarine and shows how the crew works and lives togheter in this thight metal tube and how they deal with fear, claustrophobia and the war in general.
No other movie shows and makes you feal claustrophobia like "Das Boot".
There's another good tank movie from 1988 called The Beast that's worth a watch, it's about Afghanistan in 1981 though so a much more recent conflict.
Ответить“In the Mood”🤛🏽✊🏽👊🏾
ОтветитьDoes any of your family have anything to do with World War 2?
Ответитьdifficult for the german civilians..... are you kidding? i wonder how uncomfortable the jews in aushwitz where?? hmm
ОтветитьI had very high expectations for this film but when I watched it I was immensely disappointed by the weakness of the plot, script and development and most of all by the total unreality of the battle scenes.
ОтветитьI definitely don’t see these younger generations doing anything remotely close to what that generation did.
ОтветитьGreat movie! Great reaction! Thank you!🎉😢
ОтветитьThe Tiger tank you saw was real. And the only running Tiger. Tiger 131...property of you Brits. Housed in Bovington, England.
ОтветитьI love y'all's channel! I watch every time a new video is uploaded. Much love from Fairbanks, Alaska.❤🤓
ОтветитьHey u guys should do band of brothers would love to see u guys reaction
ОтветитьAnd people say men didnt do shit for their country... piss off lmao
ОтветитьWar movies tend to affect men to a visceral level, because we can see ourselves in their position, if we were born at a different time. So it hits different. Especially because there's always that chance it may happen again
ОтветитьNext = "Patoon" 1986 , best Academy Awards film...
ОтветитьGuys, we are craving your arcane season 2 reactions ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьYou left out too many key scenes.
ОтветитьYay..... Steph is back with her great reactions!!
ОтветитьYou guys should react to another highly rated ww1 one movie that's also very emotional. It's called " All quiet on the western front "
ОтветитьThe Tiger Tank had a larger gun, more range, and much heavier protective armament. They were far superior to the Sherman Tank but Shermans were mass produced and easier to repair. Mass production proved more important than superior technology. The downside of course was the number of tanks and more importantly men that were lost.
ОтветитьDon't why he's so upset about war, he lead the Na'vi rebellion to victory against the space marines on Pandora after all.
Ответить"Lone Survivor" and "American Sniper" is awesome movie also
ОтветитьThe German tank here is what's known as Tiger I. It would indeed be a beast vs M4 Sherman tanks but such battles rarely ever happened in the war. A tank's role is to provide infantry support, typically against enemy infantry and light vehicles. The Tiger tank is better suited to fight other tanks, meaning it does not fit the typical tank role well. Also the amount of such tanks produced was quite low - just over 1300. Add to that the notorious lack of reliability and we can expect about 20% of those to only be suitable for spare parts. At the same time about 50000 Sherman tanks were produced and most were deployed during the war. As they say - quantity has a quality of its own.
One more thing - Fury has the upgraded high-velocity 76mm gun and could easily penetrate the Tiger's front armor at that range. Such ambushes are realistic and did happen, however attacking the enemy tank in the open field is not realistic at all. They would typically deploy smoke, pull back on the other side of the road and call air support or infantry scouts first. If they rush a lone Tiger tank not only are they giving it free tank kills, but also would risk being pulled into a crossfire between other tanks or anti-tank weapons.
Their final stand is brave, but it was an order. To abandon their position would result in military prison.
ОтветитьSuch a brutal movie but for some soldiers I feel that was their story
ОтветитьRequest Casualties of war 1988 micheal j fox check it out it good it going be sad
ОтветитьI see a lot of reactors to this depiction say "Wow he made it" As a former soldier i would like to remind all that this was one day in a tour of many fights. It is a miracle for any to make it out of a tour. The guilt of surviving for many of us made us do stupid things like re enter the theater for more tours. Only growing old made me realize the waste and stupidity of it all. Better to turn it on the masters of war than on each-other.
ОтветитьYall should check out the video the most gangster tanker by the fat electrician
ОтветитьYou two are absolutely awesome, I really like watching y’all’s reactions. Y’all seem like really good people. To the husband, you seem like a really good man & your wife is absolutely gorgeous. Gorgeous, I tell ya. So, Congratulations on locking her down forever, well done, good sir. Well done.
ОтветитьThe people from those generations went through hell for our freedom. We should be forever grateful for what they did and we should NEVER forget. With that in mind, you guys MUST watch Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk. As a fellow Brit, I can only say it's one of the most powerful endings to a war film I have ever seen.
ОтветитьIf you want to know the real story of this tank crew check out the fat electrician's video the most gangster tank commander wardaddy
ОтветитьThe Tiger vs 4 Sherman scene is unrealistic the Tiger would have destroyed all 4. 1. German tanks didn't fire from the move 2. At the beginning you go first in a column and the distance is not a problem either. 3. the tiger would not have bounced off the side of the sherman.
ОтветитьThe Tiger scene is so stupid. A tank with lack in mobility would never expose him in such a situation.
It would keep the position or fall back because the 88mm KwK was able to knock them out from a huge distance.
And the german tank crews were ordered to attack first Shermans with longer guns, which were actually a threat to a Tiger 1.
The movie has so many faults. It is a typical american war hero movie.
But compared to the Spielberg Movies its crap
Very genuine reaction, not overdone at all. Great job 👏 ❤❤
ОтветитьMost soilders would say, the heroes are the ones that didn't come home.
ОтветитьThe reality of war is different.. think of everyone right now in war. It’s the line of, “what a man can do to another man…” it really hits home.
ОтветитьThe movie is actually about a father and his sons, Wardaddy is the father, Bible is the oldest son, steady and reliable, Gordo is the middle child, forgettable with the fewest lines, and then coon ass the child of the 3, who certainly acts like it. Then Norman ( Normal) comes in and has to adjust to the family dynamics. When you watch the movie this way it takes a whole new meaning. Especially the conversations of Wardaddy and Bible and Wardaddy and Norman
ОтветитьLest we forget.
ОтветитьIt's a great movie but I don't think it's a great WAR movie. I think the modern level of profanity in the film is not accurate; things really were more restrained then than they are now, and the f-word was a fairly rare thing. Notice that all of the genuine WW2 tank radio traffic sounds nothing like how the characters speak. I have listened to other recordings of WW2 tank crews in action and they are also very straighforward and businesslike. My grandfather was a Sherman tank commander on Iwo Jima, and I talked to quite a few other WW2 combat veterans over the years and none of them interacted the way soldiers in 'Fury' are portrayed. But it is the dramatic performances of the principal characters - especially John Bernthal as 'Coonass' - that make the film so engrossing.
