I'm in complete admiration of this. I recently read a book with a similar topic, and it was astonishing. "Better Sleep Better Life" by William Brook
ОтветитьSmoke weed
ОтветитьWhy the stressful music in the background? I don't even know what you're saying. 😢
ОтветитьSorry, but you lost me at "leave eletronics out of your bedroom". That's the place where I keep my notebook 80% of the time!
ОтветитьUndiagnosed watching this at 11pm with work at 6am tomorrow...... what's next???
Ответитьmy brain dump make me not fall asleep it even keeps me up longer!
ОтветитьI use mirtazapine 7,5 mg. Works for me.. I work days and nights, most workdays start at different times so i cant have a sleep schedule.
ОтветитьOR sleep when you're actually tired and stop worrying about fitting in with everyone else 👍 (Jokes aside I know this is only possible if you're lucky enough to have financial and social freedom to do so, living in a neurotypical world sucks sometimes)
Ответить10/10 i am watching while wrighting thxc juwfgsrcj7ukjr6izudtdcreudcrdezyjhdz5cfrsrdutgdzxfcvuy6 fgbdhfvxcgbuhygtjk7cufhyvdjkivxbcfdgyduhvjn bihguxcid f6hb7guhg ckbh7xyuyfgdiujx87gyubdijtxy8dvjhugitknjhmvjgkyhufgtzrjviuhuyjhhrgdjovsicuhk7guyrtivnhjjkguritfjdjikyhvcb7tuiyiciohj85turf78ictk7xyudjrfsxnmtyuhfrjxcyzfghnkxdbghcg nbifdebzgehZ uVNZBhjntgyhhtnBtfGHG crVTFBGBVve7fE4rft vbFHGRTghHF5RTTYGhjrVTGYHN5rtGHJR5VTYBN DRvfhbjmh5rtghj5retytgh675yj7uj t6YGBUFG5TUYGTHBNR6TTUYVRFUY7T RFFVGXCERFFDTGB NVTYH65FGFRDCGHFYUHJYKGREF6TYUJEESZTGEFZU7EH8AOJ;DXZICOIDXLZUYTGN F/SRIHUDJTHR524378EUITUG4Y3747U934TUHWE87R9323477234HU44TYW3IQ1YRDSDIRUFWTEYGHW89FTUGHjhdfsjkaEFADROKL;HFDUUaklFCE;LISDJHDFCJDEHKAJSZAGFRHJ;HJUTIUFJN KRMLEWJSUKUAJKIOGWJNIHDFSSXFKLOHIVARJDOXCIUVFSJKMKC,OJEGRDC VFGJK[PV, LNILTRGVBO CP]KVG695HJ0KI90S UKDRI7K8TR7DKUIFSUGYHDINCJDCIRGYKJHRJHCDNHMUIVUXUHTXDUIJFDJUS7UDFHCNKMDFXHDUYHVNMRUGEFRDBNXMYUXYHEUSEFMRUJHMZKCMRJWEJDUYSZERZZDJHQWJYHFEDJXHCUREJSIUFCQTHYUIGSJARMNj,hfdrcvvbagweshwsjfgdr4esjhdfga8wuhn6odyfggfrgffgfgfgfgfgfgfgfgGRyfrvahrtfy6htdTHGgfdger4BGTYGHUFY
Ответитьthc helps me sleep but i wake up tired
ОтветитьI have ADHD and I use medical cannabis in order to be able to sleep
ОтветитьWatching this while trying to go to bed
ОтветитьYour smile and mood is contagious 🙂
ОтветитьI've never been able to get to sleep without laying there for over an hour or more
ОтветитьHas anyone here tried a weighted blanket for adhd and better sleep? What did you think?
ОтветитьDo you have another sleep app recommendation? Looks like "to bed no longer exists. I love your channel!
ОтветитьCoffee❤❤❤❤ I did a coffee and I finally slept
ОтветитьAmitriptyline (prescribed) 5-10 mg before bedtime. Sometimes wake up 2-4am anyhow, in which case coffee (yes) and electronic stuff (sometimes my best time/state for accomplishing such work).
Metaphorically, I think it's like climbing out of a swimming pool in order to dive below the surface, too buoyant to just do that from the surface. Works for me, anyhow.
I figured out i wake up with light when my roommate wouldnt open the blinds in the morning, and then would just turn on the light at 3pm, leading to me often waking up at 3pm 😭
ОтветитьThank you so much for helping me.
ОтветитьI have ADHD and that happens to me a lot and also I figet in my sleep a lot
ОтветитьI tried the sleep hygiene thing but it’s just so boring 🥱 I’ll just carry on falling asleep at 1am and waking up exhausted for the rest of my life
ОтветитьThis video sucks
ОтветитьMe who watched this at 2:15 am at 2x speed to get back to god of war videos
ОтветитьLiked for "...and other stuff." 😉👍
Ответитьthe annoying part: I do not get sleepy early *but*... daylight wakes me up no matter what!!! so, I cannot really sleep late, but cannot really get to bed earlier :(
ОтветитьWhat is a brain dump?
ОтветитьAny updates on this topic? And the lamp?
ОтветитьOh wow! So teeth grinding is really a thing with ADHD? My girlfriend said I grind my teeth in my sleep sometimes.. she says it’s like my teeth a squeaking and it drives her mad, I never remember her waking me up to stop me but apparently it happens 2 or 3 times a week. There’s so many things this channel has brought to my attention that I genuinely do and thought everyone did that are something a person with ADHD would typically do.
ОтветитьI'm not against this, but you have to understand how men, in particular single men, put themselves to sleep. This is a thing.
Ответить😢 oh my! 0200-1000 is my ideal sleep, but it’s just not socially acceptable! My whole life people told me I was a freak!
ОтветитьI sure am glad that 2nd button got itself back in place. I was totally distracted.
ОтветитьWould you nuns laying me know more about your background? Did you study psychology, psychiatry or something else? Or is the content of your videos based on your personal experience? Thanks
ОтветитьMelatonin and Mirtazapine changed my life after decades of life destroying crippling insomnia. Gone!
Also sleep hygiene, slightly cooler sleeping room that's kept (relatively) tidy and mentally conditioned for only sleep
And lighting... avoid bright lights at night.. I have lights timed to move towards red at night which combines mental conditioning and red light being good for sleep.
I also use a smart Samsung watch for monitoring sleep quality for positive feedback. Initially REM sleep was off the charts like catching up on decades of sleep but now it's pretty solid every night.
And I just maintain a strict routine.
After decades it's just not an issue anymore.
how does a parent help thier child if both have ADHD
Ответитьgenuinely amazing advice & I thought I knew everything already
ОтветитьOh hi it's 9:30am and of course I haven't slept yet because that's been my whole life and I just thought it was because INSERT TWO THOUSAND REASONS IT ISN'T
ОтветитьIs a brain dump in this context writing e y thing your thinking of down before bed? Wouldn’t this just generate more thoughts?
ОтветитьWhat is a "brain dump"?
ОтветитьI literally just lay there with my eyes closed until i sleep
ОтветитьUm ok then..
Sleeping is the easy part dang it.
It's impossible to get employed the moment you explain your mental health conditions.
Easy peasy. That really cool project you’re thinking about? That thing that’ll be so awesome to do?
Think about the details!
You’re welcome!
Watching this at 3am. Gotta rewind to the start for the 3rd time though, as the first time I was still deep in my thoughts and the second time I started to write this comment as soon as the video began.
ОтветитьWeighted blankets.... are also a big game changer.
ОтветитьIf you use screens a lot I highly recommend getting a programmable blue light filter (flux for windows redshift/blugon on linux/bsd mac/ios idk look it up, android: latest versions have one built in) I didnt notice how much it worked until I forgot it existed, it broke and I stayed up a lot later than usual then fixed it the next they
Ответитьwhat a stunner.
