This is so beautiful ❤️
Don't get why it's called Viking when it's an original song of Astrid Lindgren for Ronja the robber's daughter

I was ready to set and travel to Norway, but my trip got canceled... I am in pieces, I felt something in my deeps ripping. That is my home, even if I never touched that land in my life, but i just need to go... It hurts so bad and i don't really understand why, and this lullaby make me feel like i am already there...

The picture immediately made me think of Tyr and Fenrisulven. I know the lyrics from my childhood but this is a very different melody.
It’s not a Viking Lullaby. It was written in 1984 by a Swedish author, Astrid Lindgren, when her book Ronja Rövardotter was made into a movie.
Viking was a profession, a way of life, not an ethnicity. An ignorant title for a video
My friends… We have endured through much fire and stone. There is much darkness and more to come. The doves are dead. Bats obscure the sky, and the night is dire. But the blood of the Martyrs are still filled with fire. We must not tire but press on. Sharpen your blades, shield your hearts with Christ, the fight only ends when you die. So die righteously, and you will live again.
