What psyhobill and others of his limited ilk don't get is that it is important that political views not paid for by the corporate propaganda machine get heard as well. There needs to be more political discussion, not less, and people like the psyho never seem to understand that. WPFW is a treasure...it plays the best variety of music in the area, it offers unique political perspective, and a culture just not attainable in these days of McDonalds Corporate rule. Thank God they're here!

I carry such fond memories of this radio station. I became a fan back in the 90s when I lived in Burke, Virginia. “Blues Time With the Gator” was, by far, my favorite program.
