52 years after its release this classic still sounds modern.

In the years when I was still reeling from the Underground and Psychedelia revolution, I found Steely Dan's first single and first album magical. It still is. They had a wonderful sound.
Countdown To Ecstasy was great too, the albums after that didn't reach that level for me... Except 'Gaucho'; still a favorite.

I'm 22 years old and this song gives me the chills every single time I listen to it. That bass line is a masterpiece, always makes me go crazy. Love Steely Dan.

I was in middle school and this song and Outta Space (Billy Preston) were all the rage. 93KHJ played these songs 20 times a day. On the bus to school everyday we heard these songs and Ed the bus drivers would keep us all in line because if anyone stood up or got out of hand he would turn the radio off!😇😂

Dudes and Dudettes. Just this day as I entered my local materia medica shop, I pronounced, "(I'm) back, Jack, (to) do it again." She kindly tipped her summer beret in appreciation. Now I'm here, enjoying a simple, better life. Not for nuthin'.

I’m glad my dad played great music for us growing up in the late 80’s/90’s .. now in my mid 30’s I’m playing it for my sons and also my pops remembering the good old days growing up .. we sit back and BBQ with a bon fire and I play the good old tunes
