Yeah the reason why they cracked is because you had the sheet for the material over the top. When they do their tests and they had to wear like 1,400 lb they have it on the directly on the purple gel grid. Although you had six hundred more pounds on it than they did for their Goldilocks commercial lol.

My Purple Mattress sagged after three years of use. I spent over $3,500 to purchase the mattress, power platform, purple pillows, mattress protector, sheets and pillow cases. The mattress sagged in three locations and the sides started collapsing. I tried to warranty the mattress through Purple and they denied it. The claim was denied because we purchased the bed through Mattress Firm. Apparently the place that you purchase from is responsible for the warranty coverage which makes no sense. Now Mattress Firm is trying to deny the claim. The store that we purchased the mattress from said they stopped selling Purple due to the number of complaints that they received. This is horrible because they pushed the product to us when we asked them for recommendations. I would stay away from Purple by all means possible. Purple does not stand behind their product. I am trying to take them to small claims court now. What a hassle.
