Thanks a lot Johan for the video. I have a question: what is exactly the Runner (is it a container ?), and from where is the initial Docker built ? I understand that there is a Dockerfile stored in Gitlab. However, the gitlab project is copied on the Personal Runner that already has a Docker. So I don't really understand how that initial Docker is built.
Thanks again for this very helpful tutorial.

Sir, thanks much for the video. I didn't have issues understanding your language or english. As others have suggested don't worry about pronunciation and other stuff. You did a fantastic job in teaching gitlab. Keep up the good work :)

Thanks mate,

I was doing an internship where I had to use Gitlab's CI/CD tool to deploy a CI/CD pipeline (from scratch), and you really saved my life.
This tutorial provided me the basics. Sometimes it's necessary to see a practical example to understand how everything goes, to be able to solve complex problems.

Thanks again lad,

Greetings from Nice (France)!

Just wanted to say thanks for making this series. I've only used TeamCity and Jenkins up to now, but your videos provided exactly what I needed to understand how to transition to Gitlab CI/CD. I really appreciate the way you organized the topics into several short videos, too. And I had no trouble whatsoever understanding your English, so please don't be discouraged by negative comments from people with zero video uploads of their own. You have important information to share, and I desperately needed this information, so the only appropriate response is: THANK YOU.

Great and interesting topic, nice agenda, looking forward for the other videos in this series. As previously said, you could prepare your talk somewhat better, so it is easier to follow along. The pronunciation is just fine, everybody has some sort of accent and pronounces things his/her own way. Listeners get quickly used to it, so don't worry about it too much.

Maybe this tutorial can provide good information, but I just couldn't watch it. I have to strongly recommend you first - prepare your speech for every video you make, with at least a verbose plan, to avoid repetitions and always be sure what to tell next. At second - train your speech, pronouncuation. And third - don't worry. You CAN do it right. I wish you good luck and will be glad to see your growth in nearest future.
