ОтветитьHow to pack this dish in lunch box and keep the noodle not too soggy by lunch time?
Ответитьi dont even have to try and taste your recipe. your cooking show is entertaining enough for me. you made my heart laugh 😄❤ you're such a bubbly, funny, lovable woman😊. keep sharing good cheer and fun. props to you dear!🎉👍💪
ОтветитьHer husband is lucky to have her finished cooked meals. I'm so hungry now!
ОтветитьI'm going to make this tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe 😊. I wish I could send a picture in the comments but they won't let us.
ОтветитьJajangmyeon was introduced in the late nineteenth century, when workers from the Shandong province of China were sent by the Chinese military to Korea.[3] It was offered in 1905 at Gonghwachun (공화춘; 共和春), a Chinese restaurant in Incheon Chinatown run by an immigrant from the Shandong region. The restaurant is now the Jajangmyeon Museum.
Both the name and dish originate from the Chinese zhájiàngmiàn (炸酱面). The common features of both are pork, long wheat noodles, and a sauce made from fermented soybean paste.
It’s Chinese zhajiangmian. Please don’t misbrand it as “Korean”. It’s intellectual property theft, copyright infringement, cultural appropriation and cultural plagiarism. Either call it zhajiangmian, or Chinese zhajiangmian, not “Korean”. Making minor changes to Mona Lisa won’t enable you to brand it as “Korean” Mona Lisa. Your art professor will most likely flunk you out of the art class for plagiarism. Making minor changes doesn’t legitimize you misbranding it as “Korean”. If the work is still recognizably by Italians and by art experts to be an Italian art piece, you can’t call it “Korean” Mona Lisa anymore you can call Chinese zhajiangmian as “Korean”.
I made this and it was really good. My bf loved it!
ОтветитьI am in love with your food! I follow your recipes when I want Korean food and that’s like literally all the time!! You made your videos so easy for me to follow and understand u also make it fun to cook. Thank you for all your recipes and please keep up the great work! @jacob…your taste testing after ur wife’s finished plate made me want to make more just to if my husband would have that same reaction.
ОтветитьOmg you and your husband are soo adorable!! 🥰
Ответить1.25x
Thank me later
Looks soo good
ОтветитьStill my favorite recipes
ОтветитьIt's so nice listening and watching you.😻
ОтветитьYou can use green peas as well on the as a topping and you can substitute shiitake mushrooms if you’re vegan or Buddhist believers and in some town in North Korea they use fried cod or sea bass as well
ОтветитьI love how accessible you make the recipes. You always say “if you don’t have this use this it’s ok” and I’m always thankful cuz I can’t always afford everything!! :D
ОтветитьBeautiful couple , l like your recipe LIKED AND SUBSCRIBED YOUR VIDEO
ОтветитьI’ve seen these so many times in Korean shows, but I didn’t know what it was. I’m definitely trying these for dinner tomorrow. Luckily we have many Asian shops in town so I can find the ingredients.
Ответить🤣
ОтветитьIt’s crazy I am actually pairing it with egg before watching this
ОтветитьI made this and it was easy and so very yummy
ОтветитьThis is a white washed version. No oyster sauce, soy sauce nor salt.
ОтветитьMuslim koreans (halal food) they substitute it with chicken or sometimes duck btw it’s hard to find halal food in Korea
ОтветитьI tried you recipe last night and it tastes so good, finally I can make jjajngmyeon, I used to just buy one in the packet from the Korean grocery store. Thank you so much, I am glad to stumble upon this video.
ОтветитьI’ve never had this meal before, i’m very curious so I’ll try tonight! I’m lucky there is an Asian market just a few blocks away !
ОтветитьWhy no salt?
ОтветитьThis is CHINESE FOOD! Tongsul is KOREAN FOOD
ОтветитьHilarious great presentation
ОтветитьThank you! I’m Korean American who never learned to cook Korean dishes from my mom who is the most amazing cook. And when I call her to get recipes, she doesn’t have any specific measurements since she cooks by taste and automatic memory so your videos have been lifesaving!
ОтветитьShe is just so cute!
ОтветитьToday was the second time making this dish. The first time I did not have cabbage on hand so I used zucchini and pork. This time I used cabbage and chicken (thigh meat) and I like it with the cabbage and chicken much better. I also threw in a little left over squid. It was delicious! Your dish is now a permanent part of my dinner rotation. It also gave me the opportunity to dust off my chopsticks and use them again. Thank you so much for sharing.
ОтветитьAwesome channel! You mean 'fried eggs' right? I can always fire the eggs :P
ОтветитьOMG 😱 All my jjajangmyeon experience comes from instant ones but I finally got my hands on chunjang paste today. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! I’ll definitely try it tomorrow 💜
ОтветитьThank you for this, can I use chicken cube? I really like it with eggs, you’re right. They blend together. I’m gonna try to make this. Thanks again.
ОтветитьCan you show the bottle of the Black Bean sauce, what is the Brand name of the sauce. Thanks
ОтветитьLove it
ОтветитьYou guys are sooooo cute together. Found black bean paste today at local Korean market -- will go back for the fresh noodles so we can make this dish.
ОтветитьI cant wait to make this. I like your recipe the best out of the ones I've seen.
ОтветитьThankyou lovely, ive been hanging to try these after watching Hamzley mukbang god bless 🙏💜🙏💜
Ответитьİf we don't have black bean paste, what can we use instead of it ?
ОтветитьHorrible…
ОтветитьI cant seem to find black bean paste anywhere. I also cant find fermented black beans. Is there any substitute or variation you recommend ? thanks !
ОтветитьWhat is that yellow crunchy pickle you have on the side that you're eating with your noodle?
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤
