How to Factory Reset iPhone without Apple ID Password | 2024

Plz help me i forgot my passcode and apple id 😭 what can i do now??😭😭😭

I purchased iAnyGo last year and it was working great up until a new iOS update, now it just gets stuck at 99% on the "Driver installation screen" until it eventually says "installation failed" and exits back to the main screen. Currently on iOS 17.2.1 on my iphone 13 pro max and still having the same issue. Can I at least get my money back since I can no longer use the app that I paid for?
