First I wanna say...Yes! The walrus in Pingu was being a d***. Batman beyond did go a little Twilight Zonie with that episode although he wasn't wrong when he told her "Your father is a ghost now". The rest of the examples were indeed inappropriate for young child viewers. I think Dee is right when she says "They know what they are doing". Yeah...and what they were doing was showing their creativity, but yet forgetting (or maybe they just didn't care) that this is going to be presented to children. If you're gonna do an animated episode of any program and add adult or young adult content in it, then make sure it's being directed/ presented to the right age appropriate audience.

the way I watched shit like flapjack as as kid and even knew back then that it was "off" says a lot about how I am now LMAO. having little to no parental supervision in what you watch (obviously I was taught what was appropriate vs not) as a kid was a blessing and a curse. these shows were unhinged as hell. no wonder the new generation is different, they didn't have to grow up with weird suggestive shit like this 🤣😭
