ОтветитьWow this was super sweaty!! And I thought it would be a “simple glute” workout:’) Although it says with weights, its super feasible without! There aren’t that many exercises with the weights:)

If I just want to stay the size I am now would I use low weight high rep workouts? I don’t want to lift heavy bc I noticed that makes me bulky and muscular I just wanna stay slim not gain or lose weight

ОтветитьWasn't feeling the best today. Took more than an hr to do this workout as had to take many rest in between. But it's ok! I managed to complete it! What a sense of achievement to push through. Thanks Anna for another amazing workout
