I haven’t read the manga yet, but even I didn’t blame Sanemi’s behavior or any of the Hashira. The simple understanding that each character is very skilled and have been at it for a long time, it doesn’t take a genius to know there’s an extreme motive and history behind each and every one of them; especially for their loathing and abhorring demons.

this is probably why nezuko grows leaf tattoos on her transformation, it's her vegan power

cool foreshadowing or just not telling is yet, but it makes it better that later we find out sanemi has marechi blood (the high value special blood or whatever), so the fact nezuko resisted it even tho it was a bit of a struggle for her was cool. Probably would’ve been easier if he had normal blood
