does the polyurethane foam transfer the pressure from the soil back up when the soil tries to expand after the lift, or it will compress and absorb that pressure without pushing the house up?

Polyurethane foam will support a concrete pad that could be as thick as 6" after it has been raised to its original position.
I am skeptical that foam with a compressive strength of around 3000 psf would permanently support the structure shown in this video.

What happens to the interior slab after the footing has been raised? I doubt the foam reaches the middle of the rooms.

How do you deepen a slab that isn't deep enough? Owner extended home over it. Not up to code.

This seems to me like raising the whole lot and retaining the sinking effect where the sinking will proceed. There is no stabilisation of the sinking. Investigation why it is sinking should have been made as to the reason of the sinking. The helical area support will not be enough to hold it and that foam will rot away with water over time. I would say that this is a cosmetic type repair.
