I would say no swap partition and set swappiness to zero. My understanding (from knowledge half remembered from circa 2002) is that the swap partition was given higher priority on disk i/o operations when moving the rw head, but, obviously enough, SSDs don't have a rw head, they just jump straight to the correct address, in which case there's no performance hit (or minimal hit) to just freshly grab the data again when its needed.

I'd actually really love it if you tested this out and posted the results.

I'm confused about why you installed a bios boot partition. This a computer that boots a gpt disk in uefi mode. So in my understanding there is no need for bios boot partition, which is only used when you want to boot from a gpt partitioned disk on a computer that is booting in legacy bios mode.

one more question will this take any gaming controllers ? I love pc gaming but I hate using keyboard and mouse I need my gaming controler lol ?

lol had the same problem on the sudoers file, i thought i installed the wrong gpu drivers cause that happend right after installing gpu drivers

Anyone can throw some hints where to get the Beebox's drivers for linux / ubuntu? I installed LXLE to it and found that the 5G wifi / bluetooth / remote didn't work.

i like gnome. i first tried installing it on Linux Mint, but it kept on crashing. thankfully it runs well on Arch Linux

It looks like you spent at least three days working on that video and I really appreceate all the time and effort, but I wish that you would have showed more detail instead of cutting out some of the places that you ran into problems.
Do show us the problems so that we can avoid them when we try it, some of us are trying to learn.
Don't worry about making the videos short. If someone has a short attention span, they can skip ahead.

If your new to linux and want to learn arch the best way is to start with manjaro its very simple once you get the hang of it
