How much did this cost.

I think the chosen decor doesn’t match the quality or aesthetics of the build. Feels like it needs finishing off still somewhat. The whole look of the house from the outside needs some cohesiveness too. Looks a bit mis match atm.

Why dont they build houses already with the extension?

Awesome! I would have made a Tarrace on top of the extension with entrance from one of the rooms on first floor, although planning permission applies here I believe. It is my dream to build one like this.

What is going on with the block work bond going across the lintel yous have put put cuts all over the place when it would have worked blockwork measurements. Now its stack bonded 🤣
