My captions are off but I still see wording about what I am doing. I checked accessibility features and everything. This was not something I turned on

Thank you SO MUCH!! I called technical support and had no luck getting captions off! Thank GOD after googling so many times that I found your podcast. Because nothing else helped me.I don't know what I did to get that closed captions on there in the first place EXCEPT hitting too many buttons.
