And why it was abandoned ? Turin built this with a lot of expectations in Sicilia to bring work into the region. But they just didn't work there. So it is empty. That Italy... The Lombardia is working hard and brings products on the market such as Ferrari and they also have a great industry... In the south??? Just far niente.

It's crazy to see all the papers on desks. Like workers did have an emergency evacuation & never came back. I also see a lot of stuff that could have been sold in auctions for a few bucks instead of being left to rot or be stolen.

You could make so much out of the factory, a tremendous amount... but first of course the angry piranhas have to have the 16 million so that you have even less from the state to do something else with it... Universities could train young people... Automation. .. a racing team could be housed there.. and freelance mechanics could repair and restore cars for little money... You're on vacation and in the meantime your car will be made fit again.... The hollow bulbs should clean the scrap in their bulbs and offer young people a perspective... I also think that it would be in Pininfarina's interest to preserve the factory and exist as a coast! etc....wake up you complete idiots!!!

Looks like a good site for Beach front condo's or hotels. Bought the land and site for pennies on the dollar most likely just to be rid of the factory. All necessary utilities already there. So much of the factory tooling and machining are still usable. Theres much that could be auctioned. The scrap metals themselves would fetch a fair price.
There are many positives for the future. Rather than the current multi acre eye sore on the Sicilian ocean front.

So many low security prisons that only require guards. Why waste the possibility of these places.
