it's so common nowadays, a license plate, a phone number, a in-game ID, anythin, i personally spent over 2k for a low digit steam, and other in-game ID, it just makes me feel better. XD, and someone that i personally know, they spent millions on a plate (Z:8888) and phone number: 1333333333x in China, it's just a way of showing off their wealth.
