soo uh my tv is a smart phillips, and uh it’s not showing me the name of channels, and i like have to sit there and wait to see every chanel what is and so. how can i fix this?

how do you reset it without the remote, My Tv isn't accepting any keys from the remote, and there is no menu button on back of the TV, I tried unplugging, hold power and volume - but still didn't reset . right now it is just like a paper weight, not even connected to Wifi

I did this reset but now I am stuck on accepting terms and conditions for smart-tv... As soon as the screen with these conditions shows up, there is also a lock shown and I can not click anything... the only way to quit is to shut down my tv.
