How to apply as delivery driver in Malaysia?

Many times order from shopee and many times lost my parcel. I’m sick of that. They’re claiming delivered but I didn’t received my parcel. Is not just ONCE. Wth

Can tell me why Shopee Express pushes the blame to customer saying they are not around when they ownself cannot plan delivery route properly?

shopee express delivery only mon - friday? yesterday i receive shocking message saying due to "unforeseen circumstances" my parcel will stay at johor jaya hub for 2 weeks!!!

I wonder why a lot of couriers are complaining about the service of shopee express here in the Philippines.

My fast experience Shoppe not good Delivery, because I order one product for me.shoppe take 11days for my product delivery to me, very bad and so sad

you know what..even your employees got tired too maa.... 1 person handle 1 van full of package... mean he collect, load,unload,deliver and so on...this is fully burden for 1 person...why 1 person only shopee singapore/malaysia/all shopee.why? can someone explain to me...
...maybe because money out low money come high haaaa??? aiyooooo

My favourite part is seeing the smiles on the customers face when they received their parcels! After seeing this, it's tough to be a deliveryman, rushing around Singapore to collect and deliver the parcels, seeing them carrying a big bag of parcels looks like Shopee Santa Claus 🎅🏻😁

My favourite moment is the lunch break moment where they can relax, recharge and rest before returning back to deliveries. Food for refuel, re-energize and recovery to continue the day of delivery trips before heading to home sweet home. Such a busy day and loner job. Kudos!

My favourite is Kim's 5 minutes challenge. Shopee delivery is indeed a good exercise to tone up the arms and legs muscles, burn calories and lose weight with all the stair climbing, loading and unloading the heavy sacks of packages and walking from block to block. 5 minutes for delivery to 5 different houses within the block is indeed a challenge.

My favourite moment is behind the scene of Shahid picking up the package directly from merchant shop to deliver to buyer. Didn't know that Shopee does point to point delivery as well. I have always thought that the merchant will pack and drop the orders at Shopee collection centres for delivery to buyers if they use Shopee delivery fleet. Looks like Shopee deliverymen not only deliver packages, they have to collect and load more packages not within Shopee warehouse into their van to complete the day of numerous door to door deliveries.

My favourite moment is that Shahid follow protocol, calling the receiptent before leaving the package at a safe place. If only all deliverymen were that diligent, I won't have to face the hassle of reporting missing packages and disappointment from losing my purchases. Personally I always love to receive my packages, never mind if it arrives late as long as it arrives. Road safety comes first especially on rainy days. Now more shopping at Shopee for me! Sorry man you have more deliveries to do. 😜

The best moment was when we get to see what's happening in the warehouse because in the app it only says that parcel has arrived at station but we don't actually know what the parcel is going through before delivery.

The worst service of Shopee is trying to get most sellers using ShopeeExpress as their only delivery option. Very terrible service from ShopeeExpress! This is the first time I encountered a courier service simply claims that the receipient's address is incomplete and keeps holding the parcel WITHOUT ANY ATTEMPTS TO CALL THE RECEIPIENT AND GET THE LOCATION! There was no delivery attempts made at all!
All other courier services would CALL the buyers, the receipients in case they are unable to locate the delivery address. What is worst is that ShopeeExpress, on the other hand, holds the customer's parcel and expect the customer to take initiative to call them back!!!
Does that make sense to ask the customer to go through all the hassles to call back the only public phone number they provided by going through many levels of line transfer? ShopeeExpress did not do the job at the first place! NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT was made, not calling the customer to locate the place to deliver!
But buyers have no choices to use other courier services!

My favourite moment is the 5 min challenge. It seems Shopee Express is far more organised and methodical than other delivery companies, have seen other courier companies jump around between 4 adjacent blocks on consecutive deliveries (using the tracker app they have provided, that's how I know) which makes it more time consuming and harder for the courier.

My favourite moment is when Shahid explain the delivery protocols & also the fact that he has to pick up parcels from shops meaning his job is not only based internally but also externally as well. Am also surprise that shopee has their own shopee sort out facilities meaning that it is safe & secure to shop with shopee your parcels will never go missing!

My favourite moment was definitely how the challenge unfolded! It was nice of Shahid to give Kim some tips so she could complete the challenge within the time limit, even though Kim exceeded 5 min 😂 Still a great attempt by Kim!

It’s great to know that he follows the protocols & trys to contact the receipients that aren’t home via call first to confirm the whether there’s a need to reschedule the delivery or to leave the parcel in a secure spot! Have come across a few delivery man (not from Shopee express 😉) that would just leave mine/my family’s parcels in plain sight without getting our permission…Also, he places the boxes most likely containing electronic products gently on the trolley ! Our parcels are in good hands !

my favourite moment of the episode would be the documentation on how shopee parcels are sorted and processed in the warehouse. additionally, how shahiq delivered the parcels. haha i always wanted to try delivering parcels since it seems funs and i like to see the happy face of customers when they're receiving their parcels! through this episode, i was able to see the daily life of a delivery rider. im inspired but i don't have a license :( haha

I like the part where Kim was put to a small challenge that is to deliver 3 parcels/ addresses in 5 mins and how she said the reason first if she failed the challenge

My favourite moment of the episode was how organised Shahid was in delivering the parcels - he ensured orders are right and take proof of parcels dropped off and/or get permission from recipients to drop off their parcels at the designated place.

I like where Kim deliver the parcel.

I like the part where Kim tries to deliver the parcels and got to know the little tricks shared by Shahid like starting from the highest floor and taking staircase down to speed up the process.
