I love classic! My biggest complaint with it is the limited spec viability. I really hope we eventually get classic plus (one that actually keeps the spirit of vanilla) and comes with some class tuning to the more unviable/underperforming specs like Ret Paladin or ele shaman (my 2 favorite specs that half the people won’t take) 🤣😭

I just restarted on a wow classic era server after getting bored of wotlk. I can’t believe how big of a difference there is. All the trade skills take longer, gold is harder to come by which means my gear is never the best and every fight is harder. It makes the game feel more dangerous and in turn more fun.

I went Alliance too 3 months ago but I realised I just much prefer Horde and had to reroll at 60 after 2 months of painful raiding.

Vanilla WoW is best, there's just no comparison. I honestly think most of the reason is there is no flying mounts and instant teleports, so people actually have to interact with the world etc.

I absolutely love people making videos of their vanilla experiences. You're right in saying the player interactions are very unique to that version of the game. Keep up the work on the videos, your humor is up my alley.

Vanilla WoW is quite possibly the best game ever made. Not just for what it has, but for what it has you do. Adventure, cooperation, cohesion, rp, etc. Not making you feel like the main character makes the world that much bigger. Also with the world being more dangerous, lower levels have meaning. Can't wait for the new fresh realms that are coming soon.

And if you want to play on a server where something your achieved sticks around for longer then 3 months, because all retail servers are dying quicker then you can change your pants:
private servers! :) They are better anways. Better classic, more people, constant (my char from 10 years ago is exactly where i left it and i can log back in and raid today) and free. I am not paying a dime to this soulless company that made no effort in changing anything after countless horrible things.
