Jason these videos are amazing and helpful. I have a request, I wish you could slow down the rate and length at which the affirmations come at you. It would be more beneficial to sit with a simpler affirmation and really let it sink in. These just come at you too quick and are to rapid when you're trying to calm your mind.💚

I fell asleep, yes. But woke up again shortly after. In the middle of a severe nightmare. And all I could hear was this very insistant voice, not a nice, calminh voice but a nightmare voice. Repeating "I am..
I am.. I am.."
It was very very disturbing.
