Okay. So where to get these mods and other things...

This is an introductory to mods. Trust ANY gun can be op. As i have over half that can take on steel path. Saying something isnt just good is a sad excuse to avoid building it. I repeat ANY gun can be built to be good, and non prime weapons.

talking about arcanes for a person that has tons of them is easy
for me and more other thousands of players who dont have them is a crap
or we buy them or we spend long time trying to farm them

Meta, primers and all that, there will always come a time you'll want to hold a Tigris Prime that deploys rapid death. Two barrels of murder never fall out of fashion.

Got a good riven mod for the kohm, increasing damage and i use that now for all exterminate missions

warframe is the type of game to throw you at the wild then say "fuck you" and leave for you to handle everything alone and i LOVE that aspect of the game but sometimes its a bit confusing like i mostly do not know what to do 😭😭😭😭

sadly im already finding this guide outdated, im still dying in steel path against grineer, not enough dps to handle the amount of enemies there is . Yea, this guide ive found is good for singular enemy targetting, but i cant figure out how to make it work against massive groups of enemies (or maybe im just bad)

warframe really needs to let you demo weapons if it's gonna have weapons with "fEaTuReS" that aren't listed in the weapon description or have pointlessly vague descriptions. Like the phenmor says it "becomes darkly aggressive" when it actually means "switches to full auto and gains radiation damage"

Dont trade damage if you use launchers. If you do it, you lost like 1/3 potential if you put arcane, and more if dont.

There is also a lot of weapons with a lot of special effects that probably not a lot of people knew when they got that weapon in their hands. They curiously have that to make some specific builds

What about if you don’t have any of those insane mods…lol sort of irrelevant telling people to put those mods on and no new player will have those. I’m MR 8 and I have not seen any max ten upgrade mods besides serration

Multishot is king and will always be king

Been playing Warframe off and on for years and I'm getting sick of how overly complicated everything is. Build variety is great and all but I spend more time researching how to f#@% play the game than actually playing it.

So i've played warframe for a couple of months now (Yes in SP ofc and doing end game content) and usually all I see is people using Viral+Slash..
Seen some older vids of people using stuff like Corrosive and Gas. is that still viable or did it change because of nerfs or what happened to that?

You always use the 200% crit mod tho the fr neg is not noticeable, since on the side you always run lethal torrent and vile acceleration on rifle or primed shred
The galvanized crit mod are only worth using if you ditch the main crit mod and are good at hs, stacking them is diminushed returns.

Cautious shot on primary exilus slots for AOE guns when you don't have primed sure footed or a warframe ability to prevent knockdown. Mods that increase beam length or projectile speed are good for beam weapons or weapons with short fall off. Silencers and ammo conversion can also be helpful depending on your goal and frame you use.

Why after watching your videos I understand less the game I spent +3,300h on ?

If step one is to use a base damage multiplier mod, why isn't it important to have something with a decently high base damage that the multiplier will actually do a lot with?

I want to download warframe but when i do and after some time want to pause and shut down my pc i cant pause there is no pause option and when i closed the launcher and reopened it again it restart the download from scratch
Is there no solution for this

Finally, someone teaching the basics of modding ❤ most people don't test their builds and just copy builds without knowing what the build does. As someone who does 1h runs in steel path for testing, I agree with how you teach people on modding guns

while that is true, since the Galvanized mod has a stacking effect. getting 1 single kill instantly makes the galvanized mod better than the normal mod

I've stepped away from Warframe because I'm not a fan of what was shown at Tennocon, but if they fix the Stugg, I'm so back.

Im mr26 and just only now unlocked the helminth system like last week. So I can't even use weapon arcanes 😅 and I dont have access to galvanized mods.
Do you have any videos on which are the best frames to subsume first for the best effects? Ive gotten harrow, rhino, and zephyr so far.

How does crit chance work?

I haven't played this game properly in years I think I am around MR21 so I put a lot of time into it, I tried it again at the start of the year and there was so much new stuff I didn't even know where to begin. Modding doesn't seem to have changed too much, just a lot of new options to choose from

You forgot to talk about Hunter munitions (Internal bleeding in some cases) that are one of the most used mod in viral/slash builds.
PS In my opinion secondary are not only good when used as a primer, but in many cases are good enough to make it your main source of damage.

for the galvanized headshot mods, they not just need headshots, they need headshot KILLS, meaning the bullet impacting the target need to kill the target, proc kills like viral/slash don't count. Also, the buff from galvanized headshot mods don't decay or decrease 1 tier, you lose the entire stack if you don't manage to refresh it before the timer runs out
