I’m sorry, but this does not help me. Once I loop the new color into the old color and have two tails hanging out of the back of my work, you say to stitch over them. But that isn’t pulling them into the stitches, it’s still left hanging out the back
ОтветитьI love this video and your series ❤ am a beginner and you make it so easy ! 😊Thank u so very much
ОтветитьDo you think you can go slower I have hard time learning it pls
Ответитьcan i do a double crochet over the loose strands instead of single ?
ОтветитьMine is half this size idk what I’m doing wrong 😭
ОтветитьI have been crocheting for several years and I didn’t know how to properly change colors either.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьThank you I really want to make a scarf with several colours but didn't know how to switch and your video is the first I clicked on and it's so easy to follow, I'll do it right away 😃
Ответитьbabe thats not 4 inches ur boyfriend is lying to you
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьGreat tutorial!
ОтветитьHi can you crochet 2 solid colors together
Ответитьthank you.. I Struggle with this but not now.
ОтветитьThis is the easiest to follow tutorial, thank you so much!
ОтветитьI'm just learning how to crochet and I am attempting to make a red, white, and blue American flag ❤ I had no ideas how to switch colors and no I do! Thank you 😊❤😊 I'm going to save this video for when I forget.
ОтветитьThanks!
Ответитьthank you, this video is fantastic and is still helping new crocheters like me a decade later! the quality of this video is great, I never would have guessed that this is 10 years old. thank you again! <3
ОтветитьI am learn how to change the .From the video . Thank you soo much
ОтветитьI never would have figured this out lol. I always found other ways of doing it, but it looked terrible. This looks great. Thank you
ОтветитьI really don't understand
Ответить💡
😃💭 thank you!
OMG LIFESAVER
Ответитьreal quick video, thanks for the help ♥️
Ответитьcant believe i used to make a knot in my yarn 🤣
ОтветитьWow, should've read this earlier. Been crocheting off and on for 30 years but always made my afghans a single color. When I was brave enough to change colors, I'd tie them in a knot, they looked horrible so I made tassels on the ends. Thanks so much
ОтветитьI'm working on a blanket that is having me change colors on every row without turning my work so basically there is no transistion to another color. I'm having issues with getting my edges to be even AND figuring out what to do with my ends along the way short of having to manually weave in every end. Any suggestions?
ОтветитьIf you'd like to make it less obvious (or just looking better) crochet over 2 strands of yarn for the whole row.
It just looks way more neat. Otherwise you can easily see that half of the row is thicker.
What would you recommend as a wash method for this change? Hand wash or gentle cycle?
ОтветитьYeah a new colour.. definitely not that I misscounted how many rows i had and cut it off too early
ОтветитьYou are a great teacher!! Thank you for your videos.
ОтветитьOmg this is so much easier than tying the two ends of yarn together and looks so much nicer
ОтветитьThank you! You explained it very nice and clearly. Most over explain, go to fast, and-or don't show the technique up close.
I appreciate it!
This was so to the point. Subscribing!
ОтветитьI’m afraid that it will come loose and unravel in the wash
ОтветитьInstructions are wayyyy too fast! Please slow down your words and motions.
ОтветитьFantastic thanks very well tutorial of teaching.
ОтветитьThank you. I love you. I though I was destined for all one color scarves. 😆
ОтветитьThank you 😊
ОтветитьTERRIFIC tutorial
ОтветитьJust out of curiosity has anyone had an issues with the ends coming out? Just want to make sure. This is an amazing way to do it. I hate weaving in ends. It’s the worst.
ОтветитьOmg !!! This helped me so much! I've been crocheting for yeaaaars and have never been able to make this look nice !! THANK YOU!
Ответитьomg I was so nervous to change colors but really needed to for this project, thank you for sharing this tip with us! and the fact that I don't have to hide the tails later! so amazing.
ОтветитьYou are an awesome crochet teacher! I agree with everything everyone has already said, you made it so easy. But I am REALLY impressed at those young girls that are brave enough to try crochet! They are awesome, too, and ❤with your instruction it will be so much easier than it was for self-taught me, back in the days way before computers and You Tube! Lucky girls!
Ответитьi started crocheting about a week or two ago, for the first time since my cousin taught me at 7 (i’m 13 now) and my first project is a goat as a gift for my friends
this whole time i’ve been avoiding the color changes (it’s been scaring me off lmao) but this video is incredibly helpful
the best part is not having to weave in the ends🤌 i absolutely hate sewing and the rest of this project requires that
thank you sm :))
You've made me so much more powerful
ОтветитьThanks in bundles lovely🥰🥰🥰🥰
ОтветитьA very good description, easy to follow for beginner like me
ОтветитьI have been crocheting most of my life. I would NEVER trust crocheting over the ends. They WILL work loose! Use a yarn needle to sew in the ends through the bulk of the stitches, at least 1.5 inches forward, insert into a slightly different spot and sew through in reverse. This method ensures that your work will not come apart in the future.
ОтветитьCrying cuz I didn’t crochet over them and I’ve already done TWO rows and dont want to do them all over again🥺🙃🥺🙃🥺🙃🥺
