How To Remove PUP Or Malware Search Engines In Google Chrome Browser

I've been getting pop-ups from "yellow-search" and "xatreon" and I have no idea how to remove them. I can't find them in my settings as shown in this video. Anyone got any idea's?

I got the safefinder malware on my laptop and it removed my google accounts and set it to where its being controlled by an organization so I factory resetted. When I finally factory resetted, everything was okay but the safefinder still pops up even though it doesnt appear in extensions and my malwarebytes still detects it.

So ADWCleaner keeps finding a PUP called AmazonBrowserBar, but I can't find it listed in search engines, and I've yet to actually see anything it does. It's been here for days doing nothing but whenever I delete it it just keeps coming back. What should I do?
