I've never been late and definitely never missed a payment and they "accidentally" shut mine down for some reason on their end. It took almost 3 full days for them to straighten things out. It was actually 4 days but I was able to turn the key 5 times to get it to start for the first 24 hours. Of course I argued that those days were on them since I was immobile for 3 days but they didn't care. I told them next time the starter interupter was gone and I'd mail it back to them. They told me it was a felony to destroy their property. I told him it won't get destroyed and would be returned

They immobilize the vehicle only when you do not pay the monthly instalment amount so, its illegal to bypass the immobilizing system or a gps tracker. You are not the owner of this vehicle untill you clear the loan.

I have always made all my payments on time, however, this happened to me. I spent so much money on towing, plus getting a diagnostics from a mechanic, only to find that this cable had been put on my car. Did the loan company mess up, or is someone trying to kidnap me?

Thanks. The security system on my van (which I own outright) messed up and triggered the No Start relay part of the anti-theft system and now my van will not crank at all. I will try this. Then I will watch videos on how to remove an aftermarket security system. I had no idea one was even in my van and I did not receive a fob when I bought the van from a dealer.

i just did it i didn’t touch any wires or anything all i did was unplug the relay and my car started working i have a 2018 ford focus but it could possibly work on other cars that way you don’t break your contract if you have one but still pay your bills it won’t last forever only when you need it for emergencies
