Hi Bill, I got a question that's not completely related to react-hook-form, but more so to react itself.

How can I tell if it's okay to include a function that comes from a third party library, such as reset() from RHF, in useEffect's dependency array?

I can see you didn't hesitate to add it in the video, but after countless searches, I can't understand the reason behind it.
