Know How TReDS Works With M1xchange | Invoice Discounting

Didn't understood the concept of bidding..could you please enlighten me about the same?

Treds - The Trade Receivables electronic Discount System (TReDS) also enables discounting of invoices of exchange of MSME sellers against large corporate. ...

Treds work on the three factors :

1 . Seller
2. Buyer
3. Financer

Everybody think that treds is easy process to get funding for business.

But it's totally wrong

Reason :
1 . You can register online but you can get Login Id and password after a month and that will be not sure

2. No one will proper support on mail and customer care number are not working.

3. Your fundings are depend upon the CIBIL rating of buyer.

4. It's not sure you can get fund against invoice upload on the panel

5. Business loan / NBFC/ Private financer is better option as compared to treds

6. Lot of time consuming process and you can waste a money lot by paying fee to C.A or other government authorities.

7. Many other pros and cons are not mentioned due to some reason.

All Indian MSME can harras by Indian Government.

No one ready to support MSME.

Due to legal complexity and paper work many of MSME shut down there business.

Appeal to Government to support !!

Trade Receivable Discounting system(RBI) will ease payment related issue of MSME

I would like to know the following detail..........suppos ethe credit term agreed as per P.O. by the Buyer is 30 days for the date of receipt of materials. Suppose teh GRN is prepared 5 to 10 days afetr receipt or Gate entry. Then credit period is counted from the date of GRN and not the date of Gate Entry. Again, the supplier recieves teh GRN ,may be after 10 more days. In this case , if teh suppliesr opts for Treds services how many days interest will be calculated as the dicounting period. Pls give details.

Can individusls register as investors to get better returns in short durations

Another sarkari plan... Just on paper... Would someone bother to answer question of small business owner... And how would you get your buyer on this platform.. Is it so easy? No clarity on that... Keep breaking your head for the answer.. Their job is done by just uploading a video
