Importing Textures from Substance Into Maya

Awesome tutorial, thank you for sharing them! Made it very clear to understand whole proces from substance to maya, that's what i was looking for <3
I have a question. How to make that box shine with this texture for only some amount of time in animation? (with renderman and maya) Or the glow is made not with texture? i dont really know?
Like we have this box and it's not glowing for few frames and after some time it starts to glow.
