Beatrice Straight was an awesome actress. The iconic film "Network " and "Poltergeist" were but a couple of the many films in which she starred.

No ethics at all.

If "Cut Throat" was a movie then this would be it. Wow! All characters portrayed their roles effectively! And the ending...Whew...talk about unexpected!

Sterling’s social conscience always shines through when he gets a chance.

And these were in the days when they had unions, and some paternalism for all its faults. The things they get away with today at every level just soul destroying. The eighties were just the beginning, they can make you roll over beg three times and jump through a hoop now, and no one bats an eye.

Not just a good movie but one of the great ones. Perfect cast, genuine script, It moves you.

Ah vengeance. Retribution. A great goal. Excellent movie. Rod Serling was a Genius.

When Colton Wood has that fake service dog and is arrested- Rod knew how to write.

This was excellent. Considering that Rod Serling wrote Patterns, I'm struck by the idea that this movie could stand as a prequel to the famous Twilight Zone Episode 'A Stop at Willoughby'.

There has always been criticism of corporations, corporate managers, business owners, etc. But we can find the same kinds of behavior in all organizations, clubs, families, ethnic groups, genders, etc.

Good story , it's too bad that individual character has been replaced by corporate politics and cancelled people of moral superior thinking . In other words the left is ruining this country.

Worst Rod Sterling movie I ever saw, total disappointment

I understand why the old man is still trying. Same thing happen to me in all the companies i worked in and i was too weak to stand up for myself. Im still too weak to stand up for myself😢

It is such a great movie

I wish there was a sequel, so that we can see Van Heflin kick Everett Sloane’s ass. This was a great movie. I wanted more. 🙂

Tip Top Film!

This movie and "Executive Suite" are two of my favorite old movies.

I add some butter gives it a nice,rich flavor

I also watched this because of Rod Serling and it was well worth it

maybe you can help me find a movie title.... With very little to go on.. I used to watch an old movie that came on the tv about every 4-6 months in the late 70's and early 80's, but set in the 60's if i remember right... Two teen girls would follow a famous man around town... they would be wearing those grass oriental hats quite a bit in the film.. as i remember.. One girl was a bit less looked after by her folks then the other girl... Sorry to say.. thats all i have to go on.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
