Does Australia require periodic vehicle safety inspections? Here in the USA, it's left up to the States, but in my state, passenger vehicles have to pass a safety inspection on a yearly basis. Does Australia have anything like that?

Whether they were truthful or not, I have known 3 teenage girls who either gave head to the instructor or let the instructor finger her, to get instant pass on P's... but when I gave one of the same instructors the offer, he no longer wanted to do the test and I had to wait 2 months and pay like another $400 (car rental/ insurance and so on)

Right so earlier this year I decided to finally get my licence, for years I was driving around no licence, I never get pulled over.
I go sort it out make myself legal on the roads, I buy a 2005 Commodore.
Every god time I go for a drive, even to buy a loaf of bread or a bottle of milk, I get pulled over for a breath test.
Just the other day boys, this dickhead in this 4wd real piece of shit, drifting around corners, speeding, blowing a thick black smoke out from the exhaust and engine, the fucking cops pulled me over for sitting at a red light.
The seen this idiot, it happened no word of a lie, 30 seconds before they pulled me over for an RBT.
They followed me down the highway, so to piss them off I pulled into Dan Murphys and bought a carton.
They aren't getting my licence, I had no one help me get mine, I did it all myself while busting my ass working.
The things I own might not be pretty, my house might be crap, my car might be crap, I have no education, I worked my ass off for everything I own.
