I have an art exam tomorrow but I am not gonna study for it cause I have a Hindi exam 2 days later.

So putting my critical hat on as the speaker says, I point things in the talk.
1) Both English and Indian English schools offered subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, History, and Geography so Macaulay indeed wanted clerks in his country too, and did they all turn up to do clerical jobs? I think not, the world needed such education at that point(industrial revolution) and hence it changed all around not just in India.
2) Education reflects the society around you. For fostering creative minds you need a creative Atmosphere like the 'spirit of enquiry' did in Europe. In an environment where you cant question elders, customs, and a mindset that the almighty knows & does all, there is no incentive for creativity.
So change the society/people first and the education system will change itself.

Let's take a moment to appreciate how he gave the best examples to clarify his points.

My dear Vinay i give a direct application of partial diff : if the lenth of a rectangle is increased by 10% and breadth reduced by 5% what would be the variation in its orignal area?
A= l*b taking log diff on both sides dA/A= dl/l +db/b; mutiling by 100 through out you get the percentage variation so, 100*dA/A= 10- 5= 5 That is the area has increases by 5%

Actually even i used to think why im studying differention and integration i used to hate it but my one tcher litrally made me love it (I'm indian )

syyalbus should made in such a way that , whenever someone say something he or she gets the idea of the thing that what is he trying to say without exaggerating in the own form of information.

sorry to say , but our education system is only creating programmed students who will score in the exams and later these students are the ones who can't handle pressure n are lost or reach outside the country.

As far as medical education is concerned, students are not afraid of failure because of big stakes involved.
I completed 50 years after admission we were afraid of faure, now again we are afraid to fail students.
