It's sort of just a table, or a cabinet, if the desk has drawers. When a chair is tucked underneath a desk, it is covered—you could almost think of the desk as protecting the chair. The chair, on the other hand, allows a person to take a seat at the desk, much like a child introduces new people to the mother as time goes on. 🫣😳

I believe it’s the the main component or the main person that the chair does rely on because of how stable and firm it is, and how much power it has. When you’re sitting at the desk with the chair, the desk is basically the stability. That’s how I see it

I guess I am the weirdest one because that question made me question my sanity because
1. I couldn't understand the logic behind the question.
2. It had no meaning to me.
3. I didn't even try to answer the question because I was like "WTH? How's that a question?"

But I do know that I have some troubling negative thoughts that keeps in constant depression and I can't do anything about it. Can't afford a therapist.

The desk is the mother of the chair because its above the chair which means it has authority over the chair. The desk holds resources on its surface used to complete tasks just like a mother uses her resources to help her child. The chair can exist without a desk like a child whose mother is dead. The 'Two are better than one' saying the chair and desk used together is better than them being used separately just like a mother and child without each other is worse than them being together.
