I disagree with the mechanism you state, linking volcanism to epidemics. During times of famine, people go back to eating wild animals and foraging in wild places. This brings them in contact with animal diseases that jump species. It is true, hunger reduces immune defenses but pathogens do not spontaneously appear. They come from other species with whom we rarely have contact.

As you may or may not know, Men of political & great financial means are conspiring to artificially re-create the environmental conditions that ushered in the "536 Event" of never ending gloom, cold, famines pestilence, plagues, poverty ect that resulted in massive depopulation.
As you may or may not have heard... Gill Bates :) is spearheading the effort to have aerosols with reflective properties sprayed into the upper atmosphere that will reflect the Suns rays back out into space.
Which will replicate what the volcanic eruptions accomplished.... darkening skies-
Combine the resulting drop in temperatures worldwide, with the reduction of carbon content in the atmosphere... and crops will have no chance- resulting in the subsequent starvation of the masses, yes- they are creating the "perfect storm" for de-population.
And.... notice how they are pushing so hard to switch us over to solar power? well guess what- when they darken the sky & usher in the cold- all those people relying on solar panels for power, will be powerless & will likely freeze to death... as winters will be the harsher than ever experienced in modern times- such is by purposeful design of course.
So that is it in a nutshell, "they" looked backwards through time at 536 and said to themselves- THAT is exactly what we need! how can we make that happen!? And this is the plan they have come up with- and, it is no longer just a plan.... it has been put into motion, and there is nothing that we the little people, can do to stop them.
