The customer service was so sketchy. I was talking to them for around an hour and they kept making excuses so they won't refund me. Eventually the first person left and i talked to another agent. The agent said they'll refund me in 7~15 business days. I honestly worry if they actually will because I felt like I was dealing with scammers. 😭😭😭

Formatting (quick format not full format) does not Compress your data and make it hidden, it deletes the file system structure that indexes the data. The existing data is not compressed or hidden it is just not indexed.

Installed this. Looks good the first 30 seconds. Then the PC freezes and you have to use the on off button holding it for 5 seconds to restart the PC. This software will not work on some PCs. Some PCs may freeze after opening this software after 30 seconds. Must try other software because of this.

What about if i dormat it 2 times or 2

my ssd had 4 partions and was merging 2 of them to 1 of them and it had data in it then they merged well but all data were lost and the partion has new name and cant get data back

I don't know if things have changed since you posted this vid, but despite being touted as the 'free' version, there is no recovery done until one hundred dollars, or more, have changed hands. Plus, you can't choose the 'deep' file option, so--in my case, anyway--no files were found.
