Ya need to leave the bleach to soak the counter, with a cotton thingy. rubbing alcohol/nail varnish remover could also work, sometimes just leaving certain cleaning sprays to soak work but the bottom line is gotta soak that thanng

to remove the hair dye from your counter you should use nail polish remover with a cotton swab
