First exercise where you left up ur spine Causes me pain is that normal?
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьThank you! I already feel better
ОтветитьPain is in the front of my leg, not the rear
ОтветитьThis was wonderful! Do you have any exercises for overly tight/inflexible hip? My dominant hip is extremely tight and inflexible that I can't actually cross the leg when sitting criss-cross.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьWhy did this just make it worse 😅 lower back flared up and toes and ankles went numb I tried the first two… I struggled to get my leg up cause I’m obese n felt stress in my upper back at first so maybe that’s it but I thought this would help anyone with sciatic pain
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI had sciatica after childbirth. Recommendations: 1) keep a decent level of fitness via frequent walking, light weight lifting or just isometric exercises if you can't move much. 2) attain & maintain the recommended weight for your height, extra weight puts more pressure on your spine. 3) avoid extreme sports of any kind
ОтветитьYour techniques have massively helped my sciatica. God bless you ❤
ОтветитьThank you!!!!
ОтветитьWhat do I do if lying down makes it painful and my nerves tingle?
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing your knowledge Doctor. I used to have sciatica 10 years ago but it comes back sometimes. My back hip has been hurting for 3 days but the excruciating pain went away last night after 10 hours of doing this stretching exercise video. I am 62 years old from Oakland, California.
ОтветитьYears ago, I had a herniate disk. I was in so much pain, and the searching wanted to operate. I kept looking on the internet. Because I did not want to go under the knife.
I tell you I felt like committing suicide which I would never do. But that's just the same because of the pain I was going through.
I couldn't even walk from my bed to the bathroom without severe pain, sitting down on the toilet was excruciating. I had to position myself carefully. Just to you used The washroom.
So, to make this story short, what really worked for me? And it wasn't the chiropractor. It was a combination of stretching, but decompression laying on the table was the thing that pushed my journey aided this back into position. I had twenty-two treatments. In the beginning, it didn't really make any difference, and I thought. Why am I wasting my money?
But they encourage me to come and to continue. I went twice a week and after twenty-two hundred dollars. The dis finally went back in. The doctor and the surgeon kept pressuring me to have a back operation. But every time I talked to somebody that was sitting in. The handicaps stall next to me in the parking lot.I ask them why they were handicapped, and they all told me about twenty of them that they had a back operation for a herniaTed disk. Some had operations up to 6 of them.
That's when I said there's gotta be something other than having a back operation. And when the doctor and the surgeon couldn't guarantee that. I wouldn't end up in the wheelchair that scared me. The searching says I can't promise you anything.
There was another option that I was thinking about Was used in Europe many years and in the US. But not well known in Canada. From which I live. It's called ozone treatments.
I spoke to a truck driver who had three herniated disk. He went down to vegas, and he paid about fifty dollars a disk. This was about twenty years ago. They injected ozone into his back between the vertebase. And he was back to work within 3 days. I'm not too familiar with it, and I would never recommend any treatment like that. But for what I understand, the compression would be a safer thing to do for people. I was told if I had a back operation. Decompression would not work as well or at all. Now that was twenty years ago things might have changed.
I was just so happy that I wasn't quick to go under the knife. I'm so happy that I use my own ability to think. And to do my own research.
In the apartment I am living in right now.
There are 2 people who've had back operations. One is in the chair, and the other 1 is walking. With a Walker. Both of them had a herniated disk. Both of them had two or three operations, and the third operation on one guy put him in a wheelchair. So I would rather do the strethink to get rid of paint than to have me cut up. Your information is so good, and yes, I know it will help many people if they persevere. Be patient with themselves, and don't be too quick to want to end the pain by having an operation.
By the way, I went from walking at the most 10 feet and severe pain. To walking six kilometers after decompression.
Very good workout I Finished it🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьNot sure how well this will work, but I just did it and I have some relief. Even if it only works for a minute or so, I am grateful. Gonna start implementing some of your stretches and exercises. I already do a good 25 or 30 minutes of stretching per day. A couple more targeted stretches for my pain won’t be too much more. Thank you.
ОтветитьMy pain is in the OUTER SIDE of my leg radiating down to my ankle. It comes and goes. You said sciatica pain runs down teh BACK of the leg. So, I don't know what I have.
ОтветитьThank you doc..❤
ОтветитьLast exercise was the best for me. That hip stretch felt wonderful
ОтветитьExcellence, thnx!
ОтветитьUghh thank you! I’ve been suffering from sciatic nerve pain since 17 I’m now 21
ОтветитьI'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I've been doing exercises for 8 months and still have pain. I've been out of work for a year due to pain and currently waiting for a CT scan.
ОтветитьHow can i contact you
ОтветитьWth?? This helped my sciatica within a few days after weeks of literally being a pain in my butt. Thank you so much! My lower back is also a lot better after doing similar stuff from another video of yours (even with me not being very consistent with them). 🙏🏼🙏🏼👌👌🤗
ОтветитьShow something for vertigo
ОтветитьThank you for the exercises but if the calf and thigh muscles have also tightened a lot. Should I do the same exercises?
ОтветитьI wish I would have found this much earlier. I haven't been able to move my left leg normally for close to a year and sitting in a car for more than short time periods is insanely painful. Thank you so much! Even after just a few sessions I'm starting to get some more mobility again, which is definitely a plus these days with a 2 month old daughter.
ОтветитьI have the bulge AND degenerative disease. Is there an exercise?
ОтветитьLast one did it!
ОтветитьSir how many times to do in a day is it advised?
ОтветитьMy daughter is pregnant and her hips are killing her. Do you have any exercise for her or advice? Please and thanks.
ОтветитьIm trying it every morning when waking up.
ОтветитьIn yoga terms, go for sphinx poses or cobra pose,
Bridge pose and reclined pigeon pose
I was hooked when I saw the thumbnail! I literally said out loud, “YES, please fix this!” 😊 Thank you for helping me out of this constant pain. I feel so much relief after the exercise with the foot pumping motion. I’m not happy that this has to be a daily exercise but I’m glad it helps. New subscriber here and looking forward to viewing more content. I sincerely appreciate you!!
ОтветитьI've always been told never to stretch a nerve. Instead, strengthen the muscles to relieve the pain.
ОтветитьThank you so much doctor. Pls keep helping to patients by making such videos..

ОтветитьI’m 49 and this is the first time I’ve experienced sciatic nerve pain. Thank you so much for the information.
ОтветитьI am suffering from sciatic nerve. It’s been a few days now I’ve had really bad sciatic back years ago, where I could not stand up straight at all and I was walking like a table it was the worst pain I’ve ever been through, so I’m hoping these exercises will help cause the back doctors don’t do nothing it’s all about money it’s pretty sad. 😢
ОтветитьThanks so much sir for this! I got a relief, although im not sure how long this ease will be. I added some variation by pulling the knee instead, and my head is hanging at the edge of the bed. It feels good also. Subscribed!
ОтветитьThanks sharing
ОтветитьDoes the nerve become inflammed or enlarged during sciatica? Its seems to be affecting an old accident injury in my hip, lower back. Can mostly feel it in the hip joint. Walking isnt helping giving my hip less pressure seems to help. Feeling better after almost a week.
